Upcoming National Conference

In 2010, the WCA/CAA (The College Art Association) NATIONAL CONFERENCE will be held in Chicago.  This is an opportunity for our Chapter to host artists from all over the nation and help to highlight their accomplishments.  During this conference, Women’s Caucus for Art will present several Lifetime Achievement Awards and one WCA President’s Award to an exemplary woman who, through her career, has made a contribution to the field of visual arts.  CWCA needs volunteers to make it an enriching experience for those who are visiting our city by assisting with additional tours, programs, exhibitions, etc.  Please contact Liz Duffy at eduffy@saic.edu if you are interested in participating.

CWCA is accepting matching gifts for our fundraising efforts for the 2010 conference. If any members have connections with a company that participates in matching gift programs, let us know! Contact Margaret Lutze, CWCA Treasurer.
